At Mirchi By Kim, we want you to feel confident in every outfit you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive your RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
